RefCoach gives referee coaches an iPad app for logging matches and a website, refcoach.io, for reviewing them. RefCoach Cloud keeps the two in step. RefCoach is run by Jamie Waters in England ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you create an account or use the website, and you agree to them when you do. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.
The iPad app is also licensed to you under Apple's standard licence agreement for App Store apps. The app works without an account; these terms matter once you sign in.
RefCoach is free at the moment. If we introduce paid plans, the price, what it includes and how to cancel will be shown before you pay, and nothing will be charged without your agreement. Anything bought through the App Store is also governed by Apple's terms.
Do not:
We work to keep RefCoach running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults, and we may change features as the product develops. Your iPad keeps its own copy of your matches, and each match can be exported at any time, so keep exports of anything you cannot afford to lose.
You can delete your account at any time on the website (Settings, Delete account) or by emailing support@refcoach.io. Your cloud data is permanently deleted 30 days later. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; unless the breach is serious or the law prevents it, we will tell you first and give you the chance to export your data.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and ask you to accept the new version. If you do not want to, you can delete your account before then.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland as a consumer, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. Questions: support@refcoach.io.
